Returns & Exchanges

At Block Shop, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused textiles and decor. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are happy to facilitate a seamless return or exchange for store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
